Despite the noise issue, the location of the hostel was excellent, being only a short walk from downtown Picton and offering easy access to various amenities and attractions. The common areas, such as the lounge with comfortable couches, provided a welcoming and cozy atmosphere for guests to relax and socialize.
The noise levels at this hostel were unacceptable, with loud partying and music continuing until the early hours of the morning.

The breakfast was delicious, and there was coffee and tea available all the time. The shared facilities were very clean, and we enjoyed the dining and picnic area. It was great that we could relax and enjoy the free Wi-Fi or watch TV in the comfort of our cosy room. We also had access to the beach, which was a great plus!

Great value for money with affordable private rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the complimentary toast and coffee in the morning were a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and other attractions. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff and a charming decor.
The dorm rooms were noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, particularly the stained and dirty curtains on the bunks.

The owner was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with our car. the atmosphere gave off a major artsy vibe with bright colorful rooms and a few roaming cats. Free dessert every night was a pleasant surprise. Staff were friendly and check-in/check-out were easy. It felt like being part of a welcoming family.
Felt cozy, no complaints at all.

We had a great Christmas stay in a cosy vintage-style room with plenty of lamps. the free breakfast, tea, and coffee were a nice touch, along with the warm fire and welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the central location made it easy to explore the town and nearby facilities.
The thin pillows made it difficult to get comfortable, and the shared toilet facilities were quite far from the room. It was also a bit odd that there weren't any sheets or pillows provided, only a sleeping bag and small cushion.

Great budget option with a central location for travelers on a budget. Appreciated the free breakfast and the cozy lounge areas. The fast internet was also a bonus to stay connected while away on business.
The dorm beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable with thin mattresses that creaked every time you moved. There were also very few lockers available, making it difficult to secure personal belongings.

Nothing, all excellent.
